For better placements, we have made tie-ups with hundreds of companies in IT, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical field. Our Placement Team is highly dedicated to place students. Regular Job alerts are being sent by our placement team regularly for Life-Time through SMS, Email and Phone-Call. We also provide each student Life-Time Validity Learning and Placement Smart Card. We claim that we have provided highest number of placements in year 2014 and 2015 in Chandigarh region among Industrial Training Companies.

During Job Placements, usually some students get failed in Technical Written Round or Technical Interview and some fail in HR Round, To place maximum students in all type of companies, ThinkNEXT has developed a unique system to place maximum students. Therefore we offer free Spoken English, Personality Development, IELTS and Interview Preparation classes along with Industrial Training Classes on daily basis to build-up confidence and professionalism in students. In Interview Preparation Module, We prepare students for both HR-Round and Technical Round. Students are also provided printed study material for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and MCQs relevant to their training module for better and easy placements.
